Tanner Allen, PT, DPT, CSCS, SMTC, Cert. DN, ACSM EP-C

I’m a dedicated sports physical therapist with a passion for helping athletes return to peak performance, painfree movement, and injury prevention. With a background in strength and conditioning, advanced manual therapy techniques, and sports rehab. I specialize in working with high-performance athletes and active individuals looking to optimize their recovery and performance.

My Background & Experience

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2019 and a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Valdosta State University. Over the past decade, I have worked extensively in sports rehab, combining my 10+ years as a strength and conditioning coach with expertise in manual therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation and exercise prescription. My hands-on experience includes working with elite level athletes recovering from acute injuries, post-surgical rehab, and preventative training programs designed to improve performance and build confidence.

Beyond Physical Therapy

Outside work, I enjoy time outdoors, golfing, working out, and reading. I am passionate about optimizing both my brain and body to perform at my best in all aspects of life. Staying active and continuously learning are key parts of my lifestyle, helping me bring the best to my clients every day.

Leah Murray, PT, DPT, CSCS, Cert. DN

I’m a sports physical therapist who helps athletes and active people move better, get stronger, and return to what they love with confidence. I combine movement science with real-world training to guide people through rehab, performance, and long-term durability.

My Background & Experience

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida and my Bachelor’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I competed as a Division I softball athlete. That experience shaped how I understand performance, recovery, and the mental side of sport, and it’s what drives my passion for helping athletes bridge the gap between rehab and performance.

I’ve worked with athletes of all ages and competitive levels, with a focus on injury prevention, return-to-play, and performance optimization. My background in strength and conditioning, paired with exercise prescription manual techniques and dry needling, allows me to meet the specific demands of each sport. I’m especially passionate about working with female athletes, helping them build strength, resilience, and confidence so they can perform at their highest level.

Beyond Physical Therapy

Outside of work, I love being active, whether that’s spending time outdoors with my dog, going to the beach, traveling, or working out. One fun fact about me is that I once snowboarded across two countries from Zermatt, Switzerland to Cervinia, Italy in one run, while studying abroad for my final semester of PT school! I’m passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, always looking for new ways to challenge myself so I can bring that same energy to the patients I work with. Helping others reach their full potential is what drives me every single day.
